Our learning development team is looking for a learning developer and designer with practical expertise in working with AI tools for the development, design, and production of digital learning solutions. We are looking for a hands-on, creative, independent, and technological learning developer who knows how to lead a full development process from idea to product: turning complex material into a simple, clear, and accurate learning experience; writing, designing, and producing high-level digital products; working with AI tools as an integral part of the development process; and integrating video production and studio operation for the purposes of filming, recording, and producing learning content. Responsibilities:

• Developing AI-based learning solutions: regular use of AI tools for content decoding, writing, design, video production, creating exercises, automating repetitive tasks, improving workflows, and accelerating the production of high-quality learning products.
• End-to-end instructional development: needs analysis, defining learning goals, decoding complex learning materials, and turning them into clear, accurate, and effective learning products.
• Content writing and development: writing instructional content, scripts, micro-copy, questions, exercises, and learning tasks.
• Visual production and design: creating design concepts and actual production of digital learning products, animation videos, video, graphic packages, and accompanying deliverables.
• Video production and studio operation: planning, filming, and producing video learning content, including basic operation of a filming studio, working with recording/filming equipment, set preparation, accompanying subjects, and producing edited products adapted for digital learning.
• Delivering periodic training and providing ongoing support to information systems users, as needed.
• Investigation, implementation, and continuous improvement of new working methods that integrate AI into learning and production processes.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in digital learning development, instructional development, or learning design – Mandatory.
• Practical experience in producing digital learning products end-to-end, including writing, scripting, design, and production – Mandatory.
• Practical and daily mastery of AI tools for content decoding, writing, scripting, design, video, production, and workflow optimization – Mandatory.
• High ability in instructional writing, micro-copy, and scripting for digital learning and video – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in digital development and production tools such as Storyline, Vyond, and Adobe tools; experience with parallel tools will be considered – Mandatory.
• Must present a portfolio including digital learning products, with an emphasis on smart scripting, visual pedagogical thinking, use of AI, and video products.

Significant Advantages:

• Background in military training units.
• Experience working with learning platforms, with an emphasis on Open edX.
• Experience in instructional development, delivering training, and/or supporting users in information systems.
• Practical experience in video production or basic operation of a filming/recording studio.
• Experience with After Effects.
• Ability to work in English, including development and production of products.
• Bachelor's degree in learning technologies.
