Director of Sales - Hotel

For a stylish and international hotel in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Director of Sales. The hotel focuses on both an international business and leisure audience and offers an extensive range of rooms, F&B, and meeting & event facilities.

You will join a dynamic environment where experience, quality, and commercial growth are central.

For this role, we are looking for a strong Sales profile that already has experience in a similar commercial role within the hotel industry.

• Experience within MICE, corporate sales and/or business development
• Knowledge of the Belgian/Brussels market
• Strong commercial and financial feeling
• Experienced people manager with a coaching style
• Strong in relationship management, negotiation, and prospecting
• Enterprising, communicative, and result-oriented
• Affinity with an international and dynamic hospitality environment
• Very good knowledge of English and French; Dutch is a plus
