What will you be doing?

As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in every customer's journey. You'll help guests find the services that best suit their needs and ensure they enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Lapland.

Your daily responsibilities include:

✅ Actively selling hotel, resort, restaurant, and activity services

✅ Assisting customers via email, phone, and face-to-face

✅ Handling inquiries and preparing quotations

✅ Managing and updating reservations

✅ Upselling additional services and helping customers discover the best experiences Lapland has to offer

✅ Working closely with our reception, restaurant, and activity teams

The role is fast-paced, varied, and every day brings new customers from around the world.

Who are we looking for?

You don't need years of experience—the right attitude is what matters most.

You'll succeed in this role if you:

🔥 Enjoy working toward ambitious goals and are motivated to succeed

🔥 Are confident meeting and communicating with new people

🔥 Believe you'd be great at customer service and sales

🔥 Have excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)

🔥 Stay calm under pressure

🔥 Are flexible with shift work (Monday–Sunday, including mornings and evenings)

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or tourism is not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure every Sales Representative has the tools to succeed.
