StayLapland is a Rovaniemi-based family business that offers hotel and resort accommodation, restaurant services, and winter activities in Finnish Lapland. We serve travelers from all over the world and create unforgettable experiences for our customers in the middle of arctic nature. 🇫🇮
What will you get to do in the job?
As a sales representative, you are one of the most important people on the customer's journey. You help customers find the services that suit their needs perfectly and ensure that their Lapland holiday becomes an unforgettable experience.
Your working day includes, among other things:
✅ active sales of hotels, resorts, restaurant services, and activities
✅ serving customers via email, telephone, and in person
✅ processing inquiries and preparing offers
✅ making and updating bookings
✅ upselling – you help customers find the best experiences and services
✅ collaboration with the reception, restaurant, and activity teams
The work is fast-paced, diverse, and every day brings new customers from all over the world.
What kind of person will succeed in this role?
You don't need years of experience – the most important thing is the right attitude.
You will succeed in the role if:
🔥 you enjoy goal-oriented work and want to succeed
🔥 you are brave in meeting new people
🔥 you feel that you would be good in customer service and sales
🔥 you speak and write fluent English (other language skills are a plus)
🔥 you stay calm even when it's busy
🔥 you are flexible regarding working hours (Mon–Sun, morning and evening shifts)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry is not required, as attitude is what matters! We provide comprehensive onboarding for every salesperson.
