Customer Service Coördinator
Are you an administrative multitasker with a passion for customer contact, organization, and service? For an international production environment, we are looking for a Customer Service Coördinator. In this versatile role, you will form the bridge between customers, sales, and the internal organization, ensuring that orders, deliveries, and administrative processes run flawlessly.
You are the first point of contact for customers and contribute daily to efficient service and high customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Coördinator, you are responsible for the complete follow-up of customer orders, transports, and administrative processes.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Processing and creating customer orders in the ERP system
- Following up on orders and confirming deliveries to customers
- Processing sales invoices
- Supporting credit control processes
- Following up on Peppol transactions
- Filing and managing orders, shipping documents, and invoices
- Processing complaints and debit notes
- Registering and following up on pallet movements, including CHEP pallets
- Advising the sales department on the availability of finished products
- Maintaining and managing EDI processes, including adding new customers and adjusting data
For this position, we are looking for a communicative and accurate professional with strong organizational skills.
Your profile:
- You possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- You are commercially and communicatively strong, both by telephone and in writing
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail
- You are customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented
- You take responsibility and enjoy working together in a team
- You are resilient to stress and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
- You derive energy from simultaneously managing multiple files and priorities
- Knowledge of export documents and customs formalities is a plus
- You have good knowledge of MS Office
- You speak and write fluent English
- You possess good knowledge of French
