The Quality Inn & Suites Petawawa, an eight-time Platinum Award winning hotel, and Choice Hotels Canada 2025 Hotel of the Year is currently seeking a select individual to join our front desk team. To be a successful member of our incredible team, the individual must possess an exceptional eye for detail, have great customer service skills, fantastic time management and a passion to provide memorable guest experiences. This individual thrives in both a team environment as well as working independently.

You must be available for:

• *Part-Time Hours: 16-24 hours a week; 4-6hr cover shift, 8hr shift*
• *Must be comfortable to work alone*
• *Must reside within a 30 minute commute of the hotel. No exceptions*
• *Available for shift work - *Preference will be given to candidates with the most availability.

Job Duties

• Create exceptional guest stays by ensuring excellence in guest experiences through customer service interactions which include over the phone and in-person

• greet guests and provide them with local area information and well as hotel information

• enroll guests in hotel loyalty program through exceptional sales skills

• help to ensure the overall success of the hotel by creating memorable guest stays for everyone who visits us by providing exceptional customer service

• be efficient, a multitasker and comfortable with a fast-paced environment centered around guest services

• assist guests by taking reservations, modifying reservations, managing guest requests and answering a multi-line switchboard

• administrative duties such as answering emails, and working with Microsoft Word and Excel

• processing cash, debit and credit card payments

• setting up meeting rooms

• have a flexible schedule that allows for shift work which could include overnight shifts

• must be comfortable working alone

• light housekeeping duties such as mopping and folding towels

*Required Education, Skills and Qualifications*
