Responsibilities and assignments
What are we looking for? A proactive professional who helps the team identify technical points for improvement.
How will your day-to-day be:
- Mentoring on testing practices, tools, and concepts, as well as acting in refactor and supporting the QA team in building complex and automated scenarios;
- Monitoring project roll-out processes in addition to identifying and solving problems, and in cases of critical problems, understanding the need to lead the team;
- Acting in the identification of security flaws generated or not in the development process and supporting the correction, generating documentation mapping the identified scenario;
- Knowing architecture models and practices well and, when necessary, supporting the architecture team in the validation and design of solutions;
- Having a vision of the project as a whole and supporting the team in the task breakdown and understanding process, aiming for better delivery efficiency;
- Monitoring the metrics the team uses and analyzing them, suggesting changes in planning processes and for alignments;
- Documenting and demonstrating solutions, developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, graphs, code comments, and clear code;
- Ensuring that the solution being built will meet the customers' needs and contains the application of best practices.
Requirements and qualifications
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service;
- Create and maintain flows in Power Automate and applications in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven);
- Develop scripts in JavaScript for Dynamics 365 forms and events;
- Design and implement APIs and services in .NET Core / C#, following architecture and testing best practices;
- Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Kafka;
- Work with MongoDB databases and distributed cache with Redis;
- Perform deploy, monitoring, and management of applications in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service);
- Knowledge of CI/CD in Azure DevOps to support the DevOps team in creating pipelines;
- Apply Spec Driven Development (SDD) practices using Kiro in the development cycle;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, QA, architecture) in agile methodologies;
- Document technical solutions and development best practices.
Essential requirements
- Solid (senior) experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service;
- Advanced knowledge in plugin development (C# / Dynamics SDK);
- Advanced experience with Power Automate (business flows and automations);
- Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-driven);
- Mastery of JavaScript applied to Dynamics 365 forms and customizations;
- Microsoft PL-200 or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) certification;
- Senior experience in .NET Core and C# for backend development;
- Practical experience with Azure resources: Service Bus, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure DevOps;
- Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis;
- Experience with Spec Driven Development (SDD) using Kiro;
- Good communication and ability to act in multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Solid knowledge in the daily use of Jira and Concluent;
- Experience with automated tests (unit and integration) in .NET;
- Knowledge of observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing);
- Intermediate/advanced English for reading technical documentation;
- Previous experience in integration projects between CRM and legacy systems/ERP.
Remote position, however, the employee will need to go in person occasionally when necessary at Av. Paulista in São Paulo.
