• Deliver high-quality early childhood care and education aligned with Tots & Teddies’ standards to support child development and well-being
• Apply knowledge and skills from a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education to create engaging learning experiences
• Ensure safe and effective childcare practices at all times
• Demonstrate leadership potential by consistently performing and driving improvements in childcare delivery
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a family-feel environment that supports children’s growth and parents’ trust

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
• L2-Certified by ECDA
