About the Role

A friendly primary school in Haringey is looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis.

As an SEN Learning Mentor, you'll work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other members of staff to support pupils who require additional support throughout the school day. You'll work on a one-to-one basis and with small groups, helping children build confidence, develop their social and communication skills, manage their behaviour, and stay engaged with their learning.

You'll support pupils with a range of additional needs and help them access learning in a way that works for them. The role will involve providing consistent support, building strong relationships, and helping children develop the skills they need to become more independent.
