QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Key responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents

Perform quantity take-off and measurement based on drawings

Prepare quotations, progress claims and Variation Orders (VO)

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and claims

Prepare subcontractor payment certificates and monitor payments

Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports

Handle contract administration and contractual documentation

Prepare and negotiate final accounts

Liaise with clients, consultants, Project Managers, subcontractors and suppliers

Attend site meetings and carry out site measurements when required Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction industry (civil projects preferred)

Familiar with Singapore LTA contracts

Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and MS Excel

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
