Experienced Overseas Commercial Assistant M/F - Qualitair&Sea

The challenges awaiting you:

Versatile in air and sea transport products for both import and export, you will join a dynamic team of 5 commercial assistants. You will assist two sales representatives by optimizing the follow-up of their client portfolios (quotations, commercial offers, presentations, etc.). You will also be responsible for managing their schedules, conducting prospecting, and booking client appointments. To support you in these missions, you will use a CRM. You therefore have a strategic role within a close-knit team! With a dynamic temperament, you speak English fluently, and you are curious and pragmatic. In addition to your 2/3 years of experience in assistance, transport, and international trade, your excellent client relations skills, as well as your sense of organization, are your assets for succeeding in this position.

Experience in Air transport is necessary.
