VIP Desktop Support Technician - English (M/F)
Our agency Qualis IT Paris (10) is looking for a VIP/ English Desktop Support Technician (M/F) for one of its clients in Les Essarts-en-Bocage (85140)

Main Missions User & VIP Support Take charge of user incidents and requests and ensure follow-up until resolution. Assist users in the use of workstations, software, smartphones, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents on PC, laptops, industrial PCs, iPhone, and printers. Provide priority support for critical equipment, particularly industrial PCs. Accompany users during the implementation of new equipment or tools.
IT Asset Management Perform masterization and deployment of workstations. Carry out standard exchanges of workstations and smartphones. Ensure management of returns and hardware stock. Participate in the renewal, deployment, and installation of new equipment.
Network & Infrastructure Perform patching and connection of equipment in IT racks. Intervene on first-level network issues: LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi. Knowledge of the Cisco Meraki environment is appreciated. Participate in technical interventions on the infrastructures of different sites.
Required Profile Bac+2 in IT or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support Experience in a VIP / high-end environment appreciated Conversational English required
Additional Information Contract type: Temporary - 3 months minimum Start date: As soon as possible Remuneration: €33,000 gross annual
Working hours: 37 hours per week (including 2h in RTT counter) Shift schedule: Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 2:24 PM / Shift 2: 9:00 AM - 5:24 PM / Shift 3: 11:36 AM - 8:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)
Other contractual information: Temporary work allowances (monthly) + meal vouchers of €10/worked day (the employee share is €4/day)
