Export Sales Administration Manager English - Chinese (M/F)
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational monitoring of orders and flows to and from China.
Acting as a true interface between internal teams and various international partners, you will ensure the smooth running of operations, from order management to shipment.
Your main missions:
- Ensure the management and monitoring of orders in an international context;
- Organize and monitor import/export operations in connection with China, while respecting deadlines and costs;
- Prepare, control, and monitor the documentation necessary for import/export operations as well as invoicing;
- Coordinate shipments with various partners: carriers, shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local contacts;
- Monitor routing and ensure the proper availability of goods for their maritime shipment;
- Plan and monitor the availability of containers necessary for operations;
- Monitor transport rates and participate in flow optimization;
- Anticipate customer needs and ensure regular monitoring of ongoing shipments;
- Update tracking tools and perform reporting on shipments and flows.
You will be in regular interaction with many contacts based in China and will play a central role in the coordination of operations.
Profile sought: With at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in International Trade, Transport, or Logistics, you have at least 5 years of experience in an Export Sales Administration, international sales administration, or export coordination role. You master the mechanisms of international trade and have good knowledge of freight transport and customs. Perfect mastery of English and Chinese is indispensable for this position. Mastery of French is a plus. Autonomous and rigorous, you are comfortable managing several files simultaneously and enjoy international environments requiring coordination, reactivity, and daily exchanges with remote contacts.
