Flow and Supply Coordinator (M/F)

Your role will be to manage your product families as a whole and ensure their availability at the right time and in the right place.

Within your scope, you are the coordination point between needs, suppliers, production, and the company's various sites.

In this capacity, your main missions consist of:

• Translating supply needs from the CBN,
• Placing supplier orders and ensuring follow-up until their successful completion,
• Supervising your supplier portfolio,
• Anticipating needs and adapting supplies to avoid both shortages and excessive stock levels,
• Organizing scheduling and participating in the planning of production carried out internally,
• Coordinating the movement of goods between the different production sites and the logistics platform,
• Determining, based on operational constraints, the most suitable storage solutions,
• Controlling the proper execution of flows and intervening in case of discrepancies or unforeseen events,
• Analyzing the performance of your scope through various indicators: product availability, stock levels and turnover, shortages, service rate,
• Seeking solutions to streamline operations and better control costs,
• Utilizing supply chain data to improve activity management and support decision-making,
• Taking part in forecasting, planning, and budget construction work within the framework of PIC/PDP processes.

You will be interfacing with the production, purchasing, logistics, and sales teams. You thus hold a transverse function with a true global vision of flows.

Profile sought:

With training in Supply Chain, you have initial experience in supply, flow management, planning, or industrial scheduling.

You enjoy working with numbers and manipulating data. Excellent mastery of Excel is expected and knowledge of Power BI will be appreciated.

You are also comfortable with ERPs; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

You are able to communicate in English.

To succeed in this position, you must above all know how to anticipate, analyze, and prioritize.
