Your missions

Integrated within the air freight team, you will take charge of the organization and monitoring of import operations, from the receipt of instructions to the closing and invoicing of the file. In this capacity, you will notably be required to:

• Take charge of instructions transmitted by clients and organize their air transport operations;
• Compile and ensure the follow-up of operational files;
• Control the compliance of documents and goods with regard to applicable requirements;
• Organize the pre- and post-carriage necessary for the proper execution of operations;
• Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure the follow-up of shipments;
• Prepare and transmit the elements necessary for the processing of customs formalities;
• Perform quotations for clients and network agents;
• Negotiate transport conditions and select providers adapted to the needs of each file;
• Maintain a regular relationship with carriers and partners;
• Ensure the invoicing of files in compliance with the agreed pricing conditions;
• Inform clients of the progress of their shipments and respond to their requests;
• Identify and handle any non-conformities or claims in compliance with internal procedures.

Profile sought

With a minimum of a Bac+2 degree in the field of transport, logistics, or customs, you have a first successful experience in air forwarding, acquired at a freight forwarder or in an industrial environment. You know how an air forwarding file works and are comfortable with quoting, carrier coordination, documentary follow-up, and client relations.

An intermediate level of English is necessary to ensure exchanges related to international operations. Rigorous, reactive, and organized, you enjoy dynamic environments and attach particular importance to the quality of service provided to clients.
