Air Export Freight Forwarding Agent (M/F)

Qualis is looking for an air export freight forwarding agent on behalf of its client, a specialist in air transport based in Roissy.

You will be integrated into a team under the responsibility of the operational manager.

As an air export freight forwarding agent, your main missions will be:

• Handling files;
• Negotiating with subcontractors;
• Information flow of export files with various departments as well as clients;
• Shipment tracking;
• Establishing a link between operational management and the sales department;
• Processing invoices;
• Closing files;
• Formatting transport documents: Creation, collection, drafting, and verification of data;
• Management of transport logistics (nature, dimensions of products);
• Ensuring the smooth running of transport until receipt;
• Cost optimization on margins.

• You have a background in a Bac+2/+3 level training in transport or international trade.
• You can demonstrate a successful first experience in similar missions.
• You have solid knowledge in export forwarding.
• Your level of English allows you to communicate clearly in writing.
• You handle IT tools with ease.
