N2 Proximity Technician (M/F) For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced N2 Proximity Technician.

Your missions Provide level 1 and 2 IT support;

Take charge of and follow up on incidents via a ticketing tool;

Diagnose and resolve technical incidents;

Provide proximity support to users;

Intervene on workstations and IT equipment;

Participate in maintaining the operational status of the IT park.

Technical environment Ticketing tool, ideally ServiceNow (SNOW);

Windows environment;

Networking basics: IPv4, VLAN;

Technical English.

Profile sought You have confirmed experience in N1/N2 IT support.

You master the use of a ticketing tool and have good networking basics.

The position is to be filled on-site full-time.
