N2 ON-SITE TECHNICIAN (M/F)

Location: Villaroche 77 Start Date: ASAP Remuneration: 28 K€ gross/year

YOUR MISSIONS

On behalf of our prestigious client in the private sector, we are looking for an N2 On-site Technician (M/F). Your missions will be to: Install and configure user environment hardware using existing or non-existing procedures; Install and configure infrastructure equipment (servers, networks, storage); Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents; Implement workarounds in case of degraded equipment performance; Apply solutions recommended by N3 support teams and business experts on complex incidents; Perform operations related to administration tools by following established procedures; Carry out deployments in accordance with the established schedule; Complete intervention tracking documents: reports, timesheets, ticketing tools, CMDB; Contribute to the knowledge base and write procedures and documentation sheets.

REQUIRED PROFILE

You have similar experience and possess good skills in on-site support. You are: Comfortable with technical documentation; Capable of establishing a diagnosis and resolving incidents; Comfortable with face-to-face and telephone exchanges; Organized, rigorous, and methodical; Capable of respecting and applying procedures; Possessing a good level of technical English; Comfortable with stress management.
