Location: Bois-Colombes (92) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Temporary mission Duration: Long term Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) Base: 35h/week Remuneration: €28-29K gross annual Fluent English mandatory
Your mission
We are looking for an On-site Support / Helpdesk Technician with fluent English to operate in an international environment. You will join a team providing on-site IT support as well as remote assistance for users located abroad.
Your main missionsProvide remote support to international usersHandle incidents and requests escalated by the Service DeskManage requests including scheduling user appointmentsReinstall and remaster workstationsEnroll PCs in Microsoft IntuneProvide support for workstations and their peripheralsProvide support for professional mobile equipment: smartphones, tablets, etc.Install and uninstall software on workstations and mobile equipmentPerform software upgrades and install specific applicationsParticipate in the application of the IT security policyEnsure monitoring of antivirus updatesEscalate incidents and requests to the relevant resolution groupsProvide root cause analysis when closing incidents and requestsParticipate in the improvement of processing workflows and the transfer of resolution to the HelpdeskParticipate in compliance projects and the evolution of the workstation environmentReport information regarding serious and major incidents
