IT Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Department, the IT & Digital Transformation Manager's mission is to guarantee the functioning of all IT tools and applications.

In daily contact with the DAF and all company departments, your main missions will be:

• Steering application projects: Collect business needs, formalize requirements, and analyze gaps with existing tools; Write specifications; Manage the testing, deployment, and user support phases; Lead dematerialization, reporting, and automation projects (RPA, Power Automate, VBA); Development of AI tools: Identify AI use cases within the company, Manage ongoing projects and developments carried out by service providers.
• Functional support & administration of tools and the IT fleet: Provide level 1 and 2 support for the main applications (NetSuite, Zeendoc, Office 365, MyReport, 3CX.); Write and maintain functional documentation and user guides.
• Continuous improvement & data quality: Participate in actions to improve reliability, structuring, and data governance; Propose relevant functional evolutions for tools and actively contribute to their implementation.
• Cross-functional coordination & monitoring: Work in close connection with key users, business teams, and technical partners; Ensure functional and security monitoring of applications.

Profile Description:

You hold at least a BAC+3/4 degree in computer science, information systems, or digital transformation and have significant experience in IT project management, AMOA, or managing business applications. Autonomous and versatile, you are comfortable in an SME environment and know how to bridge the gap between business needs, technological solutions, and external service providers. A strong appetite for automation, data, and AI use cases is expected. You are proficient in written English; proficiency in spoken English is a real plus. You are methodical, organized, and demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills.
