Consolidation Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

We are supporting our client, an accounting firm, in its development, with the recruitment of a Consolidation Manager.

Reporting to the Expert-Comptable, you will work on a client portfolio consisting mainly of high-quality SMEs and listed companies present in France and internationally (groups ranging from 10 to 20 companies up to more than 300 companies).

Your missions: Support junior consolidators in their progression,

• Review and supervise the production of consolidated accounts prepared in French GAAP, IFRS or US GAAP across several perimeters,
• Intervene alongside the partner on complex technical issues,
• Provide support to Audit teams and/or the internal teams of our clients on specific subjects and issues (consulting missions)
• Exchange with the financial management and, if necessary, the commissaires aux comptes,
• Conduct internal and external training.

Profile Description:

Profile sought: Graduate with a Bac+5 in accounting, audit or finance,

• You have at least 4 years of experience in an accounting firm or a consulting environment,
• You are comfortable with IFRS standards and you master written English (oral practice is an asset) You are comfortable with office tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint,
• Recognized for your writing skills, your analytical spirit and your attention to detail, you demonstrate rigor and reliability
