Mid-Level Planning Technician (Offshore)

Responsibilities and duties

• Preparation, updating, and control of the planning and scheduling of services, including short, medium, and long-term schedules, ensuring adequate resource allocation and meeting project milestones.
• Daily monitoring of activity execution, performing physical progress tracking, performance analysis (Planned x Actual), and identification of scope, deadline, and productivity deviations.
• Project risk and performance management through indicator analysis, S-Curve updating, assessment of threats to the schedule, and proposal of action plans for impact mitigation.
• Consolidation, analysis, and issuance of management reports, indicators, and monitoring documents, providing information to support decision-making and project control.
• Coordination and integration between Petrobras, the contractor, and service providers, conducting follow-up meetings and aligning strategies to ensure compliance with the project scope, deadline, and objectives.

Requirements and qualifications

• Technical degree in Planning, Mechanics, Electrical, Electrotechnics, or related areas.
• Basic knowledge in industrial painting activities; fabrication and assembly of metallic piping; fabrication and assembly of metallic structures.
• Experience in T-HUET, CBSP, NR-33, NR-35, NR-37 (Basic and Advanced).
• Office Package, MS Project Advanced.
• Intermediate English.
