Mid-Level Materials Technician (Offshore)

Responsibilities and duties Receive, monitor, and control materials or purchasing processes in the SAP/R3 system or others used by Petrobras; Quantitative and qualitative inspection of received materials vs. requested materials, verifying: dimensions, material type, finish, physical damage; Critically analyze the draft of the records to be made, information of the materials entered into the PMPC system; Locate materials or alternatives in the Petrobras stock, using SAP or another that may be used; Maintain control over stored Petrobras materials and over the custody of Maintenance and Construction/Assembly service providers, maintaining preservation, identification, and organization; Control, identify, separate, inspect, organize, distribute, and package PETROBRAS materials, tools, and equipment, located at the construction site or on the UMS, including the vessel's deck. Requirements and qualifications Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Electrotechnics, or related areas. Basic knowledge in industrial painting activities; fabrication and assembly of metallic piping; fabrication and assembly of metallic structures. Experience in T-HUET, CBSP, NR-33, NR-35, NR-37 (Basic and Advanced). Office Package. Intermediate English.
