BIM Coordinator

Functions:

• Coordinate the development, update, and quality control of BIM models for bidding and execution projects.
• Supervise and validate the extraction of quantities, technical information, and BIM deliverables for budgeting and planning.
• Manage BIM review and coordination processes through interference and constructability analysis.
• Prepare, update, and follow up on technical BIM reports regarding progress, incidents, and indicators.
• Provide technical and methodological support to the BIM team, promoting BIM/VDC standards and best practices.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of BIM processes by documenting findings and optimization proposals.
• Report results and be accountable to the BIM Manager.

Requirements

• Professional graduate in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience.
• Experience in 3D modeling in Revit for architecture, structures, and MEP.
• Previous experience in coordination of specialties.
• Knowledge in construction or remodeling is desirable.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Basic to intermediate English.
• Coordination and follow-up capacity for new business projections.
