Your tasks

Emergency Response Support Agent (911) We are looking for bilingual Agents to provide support to emergency services and assistance (SOS) users.

This opportunity will turn you into a specialized road emergency agent.

Requirements

Indispensable requirements Conversational English B2+ (indispensable). High School Diploma completed. 1 year of experience in Customer Service in a Call Center. Experience in telephone assistance (not in-person assistance). Schedule availability. Residency in CDMX or Metropolitan Area.
