Your tasks

What will you do? Order tracking assistance for an online clothing and shoe store (No Average Handle Time).

Requirements

-Reside in Mexico City or the Metropolitan Area. -Advanced English (B2 level or higher). -Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within a call center. -High school diploma or completed bachillerato. -Schedule availability.

Location Site: Torre YAMA Insurgentes-Reforma, CDMX (5 min from the Insurgentes roundabout)

Workday -2 days off per week -8 working hours + 1 hour lunch -Schedules to choose from: morning or afternoon (Shifts starting from 5:00 am)
