Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour (Based on experience and skill level) 1st shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM - occasional Saturday OT required Location: Hanover, PA

Role Overview This position is responsible for fabricating and assembling a variety of metal components such as rail systems, stair assemblies, ladders, and other miscellaneous steel items. The role requires strong blueprint comprehension, hands-on fabrication ability, and the flexibility to work efficiently in a production-oriented environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble stairs, ladders, and miscellaneous metal components according to blueprints and shop drawings.

Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, shears, press brakes, welders, and grinders.

Read and interpret technical drawings, shop tickets, and specifications.

Perform layout, cutting, fitting, welding, and finishing of metal components.

Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company and client standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other fabricators to complete projects accurately and on schedule.

Assist with troubleshooting fabrication issues and developing practical solutions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Adapt to changing project requirements and schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in metal fabrication, particularly miscellaneous steel.

Experience with FCAW welding; certification preferred.

Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.

Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between jobs as priorities change.
