Production Engineer
Role: The role focuses on supporting production lines for packaging, vial filling, and labeling/printing. This includes providing technical support during the validation of new equipment and driving continuous improvement activities.
Main tasks:
Identify and implement improvements in existing manufacturing processes on automated assembly lines.
Participate practically in the modification and upgrading of existing equipment.
Take responsibility for production lines to resolve technical problems and improve cost-effectiveness.
Design, document, and qualify fixtures for assembly, testing, and inspection.
Basic requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a design or production engineer.
Industry knowledge: Experience in medical technology, cGMP, and ISO 13485 is required.
Technical skills: Good knowledge of mechanical assembly, testing, Lean principles, and troubleshooting.
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
Merit qualifications: Experience with validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), 3D/2D-CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), conceptual understanding of automation equipment. Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written.
