Software Engineering Teamlead (m/f/d)

As a Teamlead (m/f/d), you have the chance to realize your passion for Software Engineering and leadership in one of the most modern FinTech Scale-Ups. Whether you want to build a new team or take over an existing one – from management processes and recruiting and onboarding to the development of innovative technical solutions – leading one of our teams offers you the ideal platform to implement your visions. You will work closely with other executives to ensure the continuous improvement and success of our product.

Your Tasks

• Building or expanding a development team together with your Tech Lead and Product Owner
• Responsibility for the planning and implementation of new features as well as active participation in the respective tickets
• Design, leadership, and optimization of processes within the team
• Promoting the agile mindset and ensuring bi-weekly releases with the team
• Responsibility for the training, support, and further development of your team members as well as organization of team events

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Professional experience (4+ years) and initial experience in the (technical) leadership of small (project) teams
• Experience in managing development projects while observing non-functional requirements and in the training of junior colleagues
• Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language – preferably .NET C# (transition from Java possible) and experience with a web framework including HTML5 and CSS
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our product
• Very good English skills
• Plus, not a must: Experience in team leadership / personnel responsibility
• Experience with Angular, Restful API or MongoDB
