As an IT System Administrator, you are the backbone of our company. You will take on diverse tasks – from managing our internal infrastructure and administering clients, servers, and networks to setting up and maintaining hardware and software. In a small team, you will have the chance to take on responsibility, engage in different areas, and participate in the development of our juniors. We are looking for motivated colleagues who are interested in a varied working environment, enjoy problem-solving, and like to take on responsibility.

Your Tasks

  • Management and maintenance of the internal IT infrastructure
  • Administration of clients, servers, and networks
  • Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Technical 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level IT support for our colleagues
  • Creation and documentation of IT processes

Your Profile

  • Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker*in, IT studies, or comparable qualification)
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Windows, MS-Active Directory, and MS-365
  • Good PowerShell knowledge
  • Good network knowledge
  • Experience with virtualization (Proxmox/VMware), Docker, and Linux
  • Good English skills

Advantageous: Experience with Youtrack, Confluence, SnipeIT, Netbox, OPNsense, OpenVPN, Entra-ID/Azure AD, Intune, git
