POS Product Lead

Your tasks
- Understand customer needs, industry trends, and retail/F&B operating requirements.
- Manage product requirements, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate with development, sales, implementation, and support teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.
- Support product demonstrations, customer engagements, and implementation activities.
- Work with relevant teams to address applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.
- Develop product training materials and support sales and partner enablement.
- Monitor customer feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in POS product management, implementation, or solutions consulting.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine POS market, retail/F&B operations, and BIR requirements.
- Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and coordinating product improvements.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SaaS, accounting integrations, inventory, or payment solutions is an advantage.
- Experienced POS implementation or solutions consulting professionals ready to transition into product leadership are welcome.
