Wave Soldering Equipment Engineer

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance, inspection, upkeep, and calibration of equipment such as wave soldering machines, depaneling machines, dispensing machines, lamination machines, etc., to ensure stable equipment operation.
2. Formulate and execute equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to reduce failure rates and extend equipment lifespan.
3. Respond promptly to production equipment abnormalities, perform fault diagnosis and repairs, and ensure continuous production line operation.
4. Record equipment operating parameters and downtime records, perform data analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, or Mechatronics. Possess 2+ years of maintenance or debugging experience with SMT back-end equipment (Wave Soldering / Dispensing / Depaneling / Lamination). Familiar with at least one brand of equipment (e.g., SEHO, JT, Ersa, Vitronics, ASYMTEK, Panasonic, Aurotek, CAB, JOT, FKN, ASMPT, etc.). English TOEIC score of 450 or above, with ability in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
