SMT Process Engineer-IC

1. Machine and Fixture Maintenance: Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of chip programming sockets for IC automation programming machines.
2. Production Progress and Output Assurance: Manage and allocate programming schedules, optimize machine operation efficiency (UPH), and ensure that the capacity and yield of the programming process meet targets.
3. Abnormality Analysis and Supplier Liaison
4. Familiarity with the operation, setting, and hardware maintenance of at least one mainstream IC automation programming machine is preferred.
5. Oral communication skills in English/Thai are preferred.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related majors. CET-4, possessing basic English reading and writing skills, and able to understand English technical documents. Able to accept night shift rotation arrangements and possess good pressure resistance. Possess good communication and coordination skills as well as teamwork spirit, strong service awareness, and the ability to effectively respond to customer needs.
