Process Engineer for Automotive Product

1. Process Improvement

Optimize manufacturing processes (e.g., optical alignment, adhesive curing, and optical focusing) to increase yield (including optical performance metrics such as MTF, FFS, and IR cut-off) Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and control plans

1. Mass Production Introduction and Support

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), coordinate prototype testing (EVT/DVT/PVT), and resolve process issues to ensure a smooth transition to mass production Analyze production data (e.g., CPK and PPM) to drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., automation upgrades and process parameter adjustments) Design or customize tooling and equipment to enhance production efficiency and product consistency

Cross-departmental Collaboration Collaborate with atomic and electronic engineers to refine camera module designs (Design for Manufacturing analysis) Support quality-related organizations in managing customer complaints (8D reports) and analyzing root causes of defects (e.g., lens contamination and sensor alignment)
