Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and above A team player with pro-active and service minded. MS excel literate. With patience and take responsibility of daily HR operations. HR experiences preferred (Knowledge of Social Security office and Taxes will be given special consideration) English/Chinese resume is required. Foreign workers coordinated experiences preferred
