Engineer (Telecom/Electronics)

•Independently determines project scope, and determines project specifications such as cost, time, and requirements by analyzing client input, available supplemental data, and product details. •Initiates communication with clients to promote and explain the benefits of new and existing services. •Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues. •Provides program and technical assistance to clients in reference to product inspection. •Communicates project status and results to clients through frequent contact and by preparing reports. •Performs other duties as directed.

หน้าที่หลัก คือการเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้ลูกค้าต่างชาติและในประเทศ ตรวจสอบเอกสารผลการทดสอบทางเทคนิค เนื้องานมีระบบสอนงานให้ใหม่ทั้งหมด (No direct experience required)

Qualifications: การศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคม (Telecom), วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Electronics) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า ประสบการณ์: 1 - 2 ปี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ที่มีทัศนคติการเรียนรู้ดีและตรงต่อเวลา) ภาษา: ภาษาอังกฤษดี (Good to Fluent) สามารถอ่านเอกสารเทคนิค และเขียนอีเมลโต้ตอบธุรกิจ (Business Email) กับลูกค้าได้ ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibility): มีวินัยในการตอบอีเมลลูกค้าทันเวลา พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ (Can-do Attitude) ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: ใช้งาน MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) อีเมล ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว ขอเพียงคุณเป็นคนที่พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ สื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความรับผิดชอบ
