Responsibilities Explain reflexology services and their benefits clearly to clients to enhance understanding and comfort Apply thumb and finger pressure accurately to targeted areas of the feet to stimulate relaxation and circulation Adjust massage techniques responsively based on client feedback to ensure effective and personalized treatment Clean and sanitize work areas consistently to maintain hygiene standards and client safety Record detailed service information and client preferences to support follow-up care and service improvement Follow health and safety regulations strictly to maintain a safe workplace environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated experience working as a foot reflexologist or in a similar role Knowledge of reflexology techniques and wellness practices to deliver effective treatments Strong communication skills to explain services clearly and interact respectfully with clients Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism to provide high-quality customer service Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required Commitment to hygiene, safety, and accurate record-keeping practices
