International Marketing Manager – Product Strategy
About us Qimondo Limited Partnership is a HACCP- and GMP-compliant contract manufacturer of dietary supplements based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. We develop and produce capsules, powders and ready-to-drink products for brand owners, retailers and e-commerce companies across Ireland, the UK and continental Europe, and operate our own consumer brand, nyce.
The role You will own product strategy and international marketing for our contract-manufacturing and private-label business and for our own brand portfolio.
Product strategy and portfolio
- Develop and manage the private-label and own-brand product portfolio: formats, formulations and
positioning for the Irish, UK, German, Dutch and French markets
- Identify product opportunities from market, category and ingredient trends; prepare business cases for
new products
- Work with R&D, QA and production on feasibility, cost and regulatory fit (EU food law, health and
nutrition claims, novel food status, labelling per market) International marketing
- Plan and execute B2B marketing for the contract-manufacturing business: positioning, sales materials,
case studies, website and LinkedIn content, trade-fair presence, lead generation and CRM follow-up
- Plan and execute consumer marketing for nyce. across markets: brand and content strategy, social
media, email and paid campaigns, creator and affiliate partnerships, localisation for the German-speaking market
- Manage market entry and localisation for new countries: messaging, compliance of claims, pricing
inputs, channel selection
Market intelligence and performance
- Maintain competitor and category monitoring across target markets; report quarterly
- Monitor social-commerce and live-shopping developments in Asian markets (e.g. Douyin/TikTok Shop,
Xiaohongshu, Korean and Japanese platforms) and identify formats, product ideas and creator mechanics that can be adapted for our European markets
- Own marketing KPIs (lead volume and quality, campaign ROI, brand performance per market) and the
marketing budget
What we are looking for
- Master's degree in marketing, management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing across at least two markets or languages
- Working knowledge of food supplement product categories and EU labelling and claims rules, or the
ability to acquire it quickly with in-house training
- Hands-on with content creation, email marketing and paid social tools
- Fluent English; German or another European language an advantage
- Mandarin, Korean or Japanese an advantage, for following Asian e-commerce and social-commerce
markets in the original language
- Able to work on site in Tralee, 39 hours per week
