RESPONSIBILITIES
Well handle the Work for Sample Control Team (Create orders, Take sample photos, Sample Login, AIMS Operation, Warehouse, Filing, Scrapping Samples) Master the work of Sample Administrator (Create orders, Take photos, Sample Login, AIMS system operation, Sample warehousing, Report folder filing, Sample processing, etc.). Well handle the work for Report Team (Create Report Template, Adding sample photos, Combine the data and pass to the different auditors to sign, Sending reports and invoices by AIMS, Make the record for daily report issued status) Master the work of Report Specialist (Create report templates, Add photos, Integrate raw data, Pass to different auditors for signature, Send reports and invoices, Record daily report issuance status). Finish other tasks assigned by manager/leader on time and in a good way Complete other tasks assigned by the manager/leader on time and effectively.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- College degree or above in any discipline
- College degree or above, any major

- Basic English command of reading and writing
