OBJECTIVE

Maintain good relations with clients and coordinate work efficiently to ensure high levels of service quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer consultation services via both phone and e-mails.
• Provide price quotations, register sample information according to the information received, and answer any queries clients may have.
• Work with different departments to make sure all orders are completed on time, and clients are kept up to date on the status of their order;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required and finish other tasks assigned by manager/leader on time and meet requirements.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• College degree or above in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline will be a plus)
• New graduates are acceptable
• Good command of Oral English and writing English, CET 4 or above
• Good communication skills and language competence;
• Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
