Accounts Payable Analyst

Manage the complete accounts payable workflow, including receipt, verification, classification, approval, and payment scheduling. Validate invoices, bank slips, contracts, purchase orders, tax withholdings, and supporting documents. Perform bank, accounting, and vendor reconciliations. Control due dates, short-term cash flow, and disbursement forecasts. Act in resolving discrepancies with vendors, internal areas, and financial institutions. Prepare management reports on payments, expenses, provisions, and financial indicators. Support monthly closing processes, internal and external audits. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational cost reduction. Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools for data analysis, verification, and report generation. Interact with international vendors and stakeholders in English.
Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Solid/senior experience in accounts payable, treasury, or financial routines. Fluent English mandatory, with oral and written communication skills in a corporate environment. Advanced mastery of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, advanced formulas, Power Query, and dashboard creation. Knowledge and experience with financial/accounting ERP. Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools applied to financial routines. Knowledge of tax withholdings, tax documents, and financial reconciliations. Analytical, organized, meticulous, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
Differentials Currently pursuing or possessing an MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, Business Management, Accounting, Auditing, or related areas. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools. Experience in multinational companies, shared service centers (SSC), or global corporate environments. Participation in implementation, upgrade, or improvement projects for ERP and process automation.
