Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and introduce QicoBay products
- Conduct clear and engaging product demonstrations
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
- Replenish, organise and maintain merchandise displays
- Keep the retail area clean, tidy and presentable
- Support day-to-day store operations as required
Requirements
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
- Comfortable speaking with customers and demonstrating products
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Fresh graduates and university students are welcome to apply
- Retail experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided
