Conveyancing Fee Earner - Ipswich - £30,000–£36,000 DOE

An established law firm in Ipswich is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its award-winning residential property team. This is an opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ fee-earning experience who is confident managing residential conveyancing matters and wants to develop their skills within a supportive team.

The Role

You’ll manage residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and beyond, ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service throughout. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Providing quotes and advising clients throughout the transaction.
• Handling post-completion work and ensuring files are completed accurately.
• Using the firm’s case management system to progress matters efficiently.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and managing deadlines effectively.

About You

You’ll have at least 12 months’ previous conveyancing fee-earning experience, with a sound understanding of residential conveyancing procedures. Good client care and time management skills are essential, alongside the ability to organise your workload and progress matters effectively.
