Interim Management Accountant

QCS Staffing is looking for an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join our Finance team for an initial contract of up to five months.

With significant international growth and several key finance projects underway, we're seeking someone who can quickly integrate into the team and support the delivery of accurate monthly management accounts, reporting, audit activities and process improvements.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple international entities, partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to finance transformation initiatives in a business that continues to invest in its people, systems and growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Producing gross margin and commission reporting
• Managing VAT and statutory reporting requirements
• Supporting year-end, bank and ISO audits
• Driving process improvements and finance projects

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' Management Accounting experience
• Experience within multinational businesses
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Available at short notice

Desirable:

• Recruitment sector experience
• Access Dimensions, InTime or Bullhorn experience
• Experience using AI tools within Finance
