Specialist Quality Management Systems (m/f/d) – Jülich
Your Tasks Support in the establishment, implementation, and continuous maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer-specific requirements. Management of QMS documentation throughout the entire lifecycle, including creation, revision, review, approval, distribution, and archiving. Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and traceability of quality processes, records, and supporting documents. Coordination of internal audit plans, preparation of required documentation, and follow-up of established corrective actions. Support in the preparation and coordination of management reviews. Preparation for customer and certification audits by compiling evidence, maintaining relevant records, and coordinating necessary contributions from internal departments. Consolidation and maintenance of quality-related KPIs, audit results, training records, management review reports, and other relevant documentation. Close cooperation with various departments to strengthen awareness of the quality management system and to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Support in the implementation and documentation of activities related to ESD S20.20 and TISAX. Monitoring document control and change management to reduce the risk of audit non-conformities, process deviations, and delayed customer approvals. Participation in the continuous improvement of the site's quality performance as well as in the preparation for customer and certification audits.
Your Profile Completed vocational training or a Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a comparable field. At least three years of professional experience in the administration of quality management systems, document control, or audit support in an environment shaped by IATF 16949 or ISO 9001. Good knowledge of the requirements of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3. Practical experience in preparing internal audits, customer audits, or certification audits, as well as in the follow-up of corrective actions. Experience in managing controlled documents, quality records, KPIs, and the documentation of management reviews. Qualification as an internal auditor for IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or VDA 6.3 is a great advantage. Proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint as well as electronic document management or archiving systems. Structured and detail-oriented way of working with a strong sense of responsibility. Good communication and coordination skills as well as the ability to work effectively with various departments. Proficient English skills for daily communication in an international working environment. Fluent Chinese skills as well as basic German skills.
