Quality Engineer (m/f/d) - Eschweiler
Your Tasks Monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of product and process quality in the production environment. Analysis of quality KPIs as well as identification of deviations, root causes, and improvement potential. Initiation, coordination, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions in cooperation with internal specialist departments. Conducting internal audits, quality inspections, and root cause analyses to ensure high quality standards. Creation, maintenance, and control of quality-relevant documentation as well as ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards. Processing customer complaints as well as creation and follow-up of 8D-Reports in coordination with customers and internal specialist departments. Support during the introduction of new products and projects as well as ensuring quality requirements during the NPI process. Support of incoming goods inspection as well as analysis, evaluation, and further development of supplier quality based on relevant quality KPIs. Collaboration with suppliers to process quality deviations and supplier complaints, including failure analysis (FA), return of defective materials (RMA), as well as the implementation and follow-up of sustainable corrective and improvement measures. Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives to achieve quality goals and to optimize existing processes.

Your Profile Completed studies or technical training in the field of quality management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline. Two to three years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing company. Knowledge of the requirements and processes of a quality management system according to ISO 9001. Good knowledge in the field of electronics as well as a strong technical understanding of electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of common quality methods and problem-solving tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, or comparable procedures. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Very good English skills in speaking and writing. German skills are an advantage. Analytical mindset, structured way of working, as well as a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
