Job Summary

Provide express hair cutting services while managing outlet operations to ensure high service standards, staff performance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise and efficient hair cutting services at assigned outlet(s) to meet company quality standards
• Manage outlet operations including cleanliness, stylist attendance, daily sales, staff uniform, and appearance to ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist trainers by briefing, supervising, and training new stylists to maintain consistent skill levels
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, recommending re-training when necessary to maintain consistent service quality
• Assist Team Leaders and Area Managers to arrange replacement for staff on medical leave or urgent absences
• Address customer complaints promptly and prepare detailed reports for management review
• Prepare performance evaluation reports for new stylists to track progress and development
• Oversee outlet maintenance issues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Conduct staff counseling sessions as needed to support team well-being and performance
• Drive outlet sales to achieve or exceed set targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support outlet and company goals
