Operations Coordinator for Private Flights - VIP Passengers at Ben Gurion Airport

For QAS, the leading company in providing ground services, an Operations Coordinator is required for the Private Flights Department at Ben Gurion Airport. A special department that handles passengers privately. The role includes: The department operates as an operational command center and includes handling bookings from aircraft owners and passengers arriving on private flights. Shift management and a tight schedule. Coordination of landing and takeoff times. Ordering catering, hotels, and transfers for VIP passengers. Establishing contact with entities in the airside area. High level of English (writing, reading, speaking). Ability to work under pressure and multitasking. Experience as an operations clerk or in an operational command center – an advantage. Willingness to work at least 5 shifts per week, 24/7 shifts (including nights/weekends with additional pay). Ability to reach Ben Gurion Airport independently (no shuttles); travel and parking reimbursements are provided.
