Welding Engineer

For our client in Mol, specialized in large-scale welding work - we are looking for a driven Welding Engineer.

• You are responsible for preparing welding dossiers with the correct codes and customer requirements.
• You organize welding tests and follow them up. You also process the associated administration.
• You optimize existing welding processes and collaborate on welding improvements.
• You support and advise other departments such as sales, project managers, technical drafters, designers, and production.
• You are responsible for the qualification of welders and for the necessary documentation.
• Qualifying welders and preparing the necessary documentation.
• You have a diploma IWE (International Welding Engineer) or IWT (International Welding Technologist).
• Relevant experience within the metal sector is a plus.
• You are familiar with welding procedures and associated standards (or you want to learn this).
• If you have experience with quality management, this is a plus.
• You are social and communicative.
• You are flexible in your work behavior and are willing to grow with the company.
• You want to grow in terms of tasks and responsibilities.
• You possess good knowledge of software packages.
• You have a good knowledge of the English language.
