Team leader Structural Engineer

Main Job Duties:

• Handle structural design, prepare structural drawings, and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Consult with clients to determine the functional and technical requirements of new structures or renovation projects.
• Prepare design information, specifications, material selections, bills of quantities, and construction schedules.
• Plan and integrate engineering elements into a unified design for client review and approval.
• Prepare scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
• Prepare project studies, technical reports, and related documentation.
• Develop project designs using specialized engineering software and equipment.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of team members involved in preparing drawings and specification documents.

• 9–12 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must.
• Very good knowledge of international codes and standards, as well as Saudi Civil Defense standards.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD.
• Excellent command of ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Microsoft Excel.
• Very good command of English.
• Very good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
